The apartment complex offers 76 one-bedroom units and 4 two-bedroom units for income eligible residents. Each apartment has a kitchen furnished with stove and refrigerator, 1 or 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, and a full bath with a tub/shower.

Anyone who meets the income guidelines, has a good rental history, pass the criminal background screening, and does not owe money to any housing agency is welcome to apply. However, preferences are given to those who are over 62 years old or disabled.

A security deposit of $200.00 is required, with a separate pet deposit of $50.00.

The rents charged for the apartments are determined by the resident's income. Rent will not be higher than the current estabilshed flat rent. Utilities are included with rent.

The apartment complex is located within walking distance to the Charles City High School and offers 8 two-bedroom units and 8 three-bedroom units for income eligible families.

The two-bedroom units have a kitchen furnished with stove and refrigerator, 2 bedrooms, living room, dining area, and a full bath with a tub/shower. The three-bedroom units have a kitchen furnished with stove and refrigerator, 3 bedrooms, living room, dining area, a half bath, and a full bath with a tub/shower.

Households, who have good rental histories, pass the criminal background screening, and do not owe any money to any housing agency are welcome to apply. All applicants must meet the income guidelines to be placed on the waiting list.

Applicants are offered units based on placement on the waiting list, which is determined by date and time of receipt of pre-application, and the size of unit the family is eligible to rent. Local residents may be eligible for residency preference.

The security deposit is $300. There is also a $200 pet deposit, which must be paid in full prior to moving in or bringing a new pet into the unit (type, size, and breed restrictions apply).

Although all apartments are designed for convenience, there are eight units that are designed for individuals with disabilities who may require special features.
